Shipping

Orders may take up to 5 days to be fulfilled, although average fulfillment time is within 2 business days. With standard shipping rates applied expect packages to be delivered between 2-7 business days varying by distance. Orders over $50 receive free standard shipping.

Returns

Returns for crystal pieces are eligible within 30 days of receiving your product, or before your order has been fulfilled. Jewelry (excluding rings) is not eligible for returns after the order has been fulfilled. If you'd like to refund your jewelry purchase, please do so immediately before you receive a tracking number. Rings are eligible for returns due to sizing issues. Returns are case by case, and the customer will be expected to pay return shipping if necessary.   • My product arrived damaged, what do I do?

To determine if you are eligible for a return/refund, please email us immediately with photos of the product in question. We will determine if this constitutes a refund, discount, or neither. Spirit Lady Co is not liable for damage experienced through the shipping carrier. We carefully pack our products to prevent any damage, and recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for extra protection. 

  • I never received a tracking number/confirmation email for my package
Make sure that you gave the correct email at checkout. Please email us at spiritladygems@gmail.com for help or to change the email on your account. 
  • How do I request a refund/return?
Send an email with the subject Return Request to spiritladygems@gmail.com. Include any photos and details that might be needed to assess if you're eligible for a return. Also make sure to include your order number. I will get back to you within 1-3 business days regarding the details of your return request. 
  • Package says delivered, but I haven't received it
Please check your confirmation email to confirm that you gave the correct shipping address at checkout. If you see any wrong information, please contact us ASAP so we can try and get your package redirected to the correct location. Spirit Lady Co is not liable if you gave us an incorrect shipping address, but we will do our best to get your package to you if possible.
