Orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days (please allow up to 5 days during high-volume periods).
Standard shipping typically arrives within 2–7 business days depending on location.
Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.
Returns/ Exchanges
All crystals, jewelry, and custom pieces are final sale.
Exceptions:
- Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they are shipped
- Rings are eligible for size exchange within 7 days of delivery
- Damaged items may be eligible for replacement or store credit (see below)
If approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- My product arrived damaged, what do I do?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
- the product
- the packaging
We will review and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund. Keep in mind we carefully pack each order to prevent damage during delivery.
- I never received a tracking number/confirmation email for my package
Make sure that you gave the correct email at checkout. Please email us at spiritladygems@gmail.com for help or to change the email on your account.
- How do I request a refund/return?
Email us at spiritladygems@gmail.com with the subject line “Return Request” and include your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll respond within 1–3 business days.
- Package says delivered, but I haven't received it
Please confirm your shipping address and check with neighbors or your local carrier. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the address provided at checkout, but we’ll do our best to help you locate it.
- Is 14/20 gold filled jewelry allergy-safe?
Yes! 14/20 gold-filled jewelry has a thick layer of 14k gold bonded to a base metal, making it durable and typically safe for sensitive skin. It’s usually nickel-free and a great alternative to solid gold.
