Hi! My name is Isabella Guy, and I started this business because of my love for Earths minerals since childhood. I rediscovered this passion at 16 years old after feeling lost for quite some time, and was fully inspired to share this passion with others. Outside of being "Spirit Lady", I am a Husky mom who loves a good cup of coffee, a good concert, traveling, spending time with friends and loved ones, eating good food, spending time in nature. I was raised in Iowa on a llama farm, which I think sparked my love for mother nature. I spent countless hours playing outside with the animals or in the creek or woods behind our house picking up rocks. After a big turning point in my life when I was 16 (a spiritual awakening if you will), I realized (or remembered) the curiosity, comfort, and joy that crystals bring to me. I started learning everything I could and deepening my relationship with myself using crystals as a tool and guide. I quickly developed my intuition when it came to working with crystals, like this path had been waiting for me to find it. This sparked such a new desire for life in me, and I had a fire in my heart to share that with the world and help others discover the "spirit lady" within them. I never intended on becoming a jeweler honestly. I thought it would be fun to try wire wrapping and a good alternative way for people to use crystals. Starting with a set of pliers, a few spools of wire, and some crystal tumbles, I started learning to wire wrap in 2020. The popularity of my jewelry grew along with my own love for making it, and now I never want to stop! My skill, style, and spirituality has evolved alongside my growing business, and I'm still continuing to educate myself on the art of jewelry design, metal work, and deepen my relationship with crystals every day. In 2024, I started the new journey of silversmithing, and am excited to bring this new technique to my shop when I feel ready. I am so grateful every day to create and to know that so many of my pieces are now bringing customers joy! Younger me never would've imagined that I'd be here today doing a job I love with all of my heart, and it's because of you that I can continue to make my dreams happen! I'm so proud of the journey I've been on so far. It has been so filled with love, inspiration, challenge, and learning, and I can't wait to continue growing with Spirit Lady Co.

14/20 Gold
14/20 gold filled material means that at least 1/20th of the material is 14k gold, in relation to the brass filled core. 14/20 gold filled has the benefit of being hypoallergenic, because the only metal touching your skin is 14k gold. This material is more affordable than other types of gold, but it will not lose its color over time, is durable, will not leave green marks on your skin, or tarnish the way that gold plated jewelry will. This makes for longer lasting, quality jewelry that is richer in quality and color than the lower quality 12/20 gold. When cared for properly, 14/20 gold filled jewelry can last a lifetime.
Sterling Silver
Sterling silver, also known as 925 silver is an alloy that is 92.5% silver and the rest copper. This material is hypoallergenic, making it a good option for those who might have sensitivities to other materials. Sterling Silver may tarnish, but this can be easily remedied with proper care techniques like silver polish, polishing cloths, and storing your jewelry in a low humidity area. Sterling Silver is a very durable material, making it great every day jewelry that will last longer.

Ethically Sourced Crystals
What do we mean by ethically sourced crystals? This is my promise to only offer crystals from reliable and vetted suppliers, that to the best of my knowledge operate their businesses with respect for the Earth and the people who work for them. Gemstone mining can be harmful to the environment, and often safety conditions for workers are not up to standard. I make it my goal to only seek out suppliers that operate with proper sustainability practices, proper working conditions, and offer genuine, real crystals. This is why each year I travel to trade shows to network and speak directly with these suppliers and hand choose crystals that fit our quality and ethical standards.
